The property was great. Check-in was ridiculous. Check-in opens at 4pm, we got in line at 4:05. There were only 2 people checking people in and 2 unused check-in computers. A third person finally showed up at 4:35. It took us 35 minutes to get to the front of the line. Totally unacceptable when they know many people will be checking in at that time.

Since the property is linked to a SkyTrain station, moving around Vancouver is very convenient, going to downtown or to the airport is very easy. Once you found any SkyTrain station you're assured it'll get you to RiverRock or to YVR without any traffic.
