There was confusion over the reservation of one person and he ended up not getting a room. One family with two young children went to the room and someone else had already settled in. They came back to the desk to get another room and there were no rooms left. They were being forced to leave then so we gave up our room for them and drove another two hours to find a suitable motel.

The property was in a state of disrepair and uncleanliness. The hallways smelled of mildew and marijuana. The two rooms we reserved had dirty blankets, sheets and bed covers. The mattresses were stained as if there had a crime committed and cleaned up. The lighting in the rooms was very dim, probably to hide the dinginess and dirt of the rooms. They had no replacement blankets for the dirty ones. The bathrooms had mold, pieces of the ceiling falling down, hair still on the floor from previous guests, and the toilet had a white film on it that needed to be wiped off before use. We felt like the rooms we were in had either had a major crime committed in it or was used for prostitution.

The staff was nice but the property was another statement. Its not being maintained or taken care of at all. The hallways was dirty the carpet in the halls was dirty and smelled awful! Trash was all over the property and cigarette buds was as well. Trash in the halls. No housekeepers in sight. The room smelled awful where i had to clean it and spray air freshner to stay as there was no refunds. Definitely would recommend corporate or the owner reviewing and making necessary repairs. For the money ppl spend there, the property should never look this or be in this poor of conditions.

Has gone down hill since last year. No breakfast. No change of towels or empty waste baskets. Will not stay here again.

Thank you for your review! Due to Covid-19 we are not serving breakfast, or servicing in house guests. You can always set your garbage can outside your door and our staff will clean it out for you. We do offer a towel exchange at the front desk, which is available 24/7!
