Has potential
I would like to start off by saying this place has lots of potential. Lots of beds for everyone. Lots of space. The kitchen is great. Kitchen stocked very well. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone.
But- to start, communicating with the management company was very slow. I sent mult emails 2 days before our check in to get additional information about the property. Didn’t receive response until 2 hours before we were supposed to check in. The place was filthy, bugs in every window sill, and floors,trash on floors upstairs, bloody q-tips on night stand upstairs. Dusty, cobwebs all over. The entire place just felt dirty. Some of the beds you could tell had been slept in and they just relaid the beds and didn’t wash the sheets. Grass had not been mowed outside knee high. Which made it very hard to see where the 20’ drop off ledge started. The ladder going down to the river needs repairs. Many things around the house didn’t work. Pin ball game didn’t work, along with the other game. Ice machine didn’t work. Many things around the house in disrepair. For what they are charging for this place, one would expect these things to be working, maintained and clean. I don’t mind paying a premium as long as I get my money’s worth. With this place, you definitely are not getting your money worth.
Lastly: the neighbors confronted my sister at arrival asking who she was and what she was doing there. Then they complained about playing music after 10 pm. Which we constantly checked the volume on.
