"Nice new hotel, clean and roomy"

"Smooth from check-in to check-out. Welcoming staff/clean big rooms/ clean pool area/ comfortable lobby that guess actually use to watch T.V, snack, eat & socialize. Special Art, Keonnis and the young African-American 1st shifter. High points for me was the Coffee bar & Popcorn. Will certainly visit again. My only complaint is the incidental fee (Fault of residents who dont take of things, not the hotel)."

"I normally have a good weekend and have no issues with your rooms but this past day, I was in room 108. The lock was broken and every night that I was there I complained about the lamp on the night table. It kept flickering on and off on and off continuous, and they just kept wanting to change the bulb and I told him multiple times. It wasn’t the bulb so it was never fixed while I was there. if you happen to need pictures or video, I took a video of the lamp going on and off and I also took a picture of the lock and it was the latch lock on the door. "

"They (the hotel) five days after checking out have not applied my credit on my room of over $300.00. It was showing on Saturday; but, now is not showing on my card I used to pay for the room at the hotel. I left three days early do to having the flu and the $300 for those unused days has not been applied to my card I used to pay for the room at the hotel. The hotel is improving but they need to keep original processes in place until the new is proven and the staff knows how to work it. Example: 8 of my 13 day stay had no coffee due changing to a coffee machine that did not work and the staff were not training its operation or troubleshooting. This also had seven of 13 days with no hot water for breakfast oatmeal. "
