Great hotel-every detail covered. Small issue only

This hotel is nicer than any five Star chain I’ve stayed at. Beds extremely comfortable, no expense spared on the room. Food incredible. Only challenge we had was at Zinc cafe in the morning. We looked forward to breakfast after checking out and there were many tables open, we walked in the hostess advise us to wait and took about fifteen minutes to return to the stand. Then she asked us if we had reservations and we advised that we didnt just down for breakfast and she said she had to space. Might have been better to ask prior to us waiting. So we ended up heading out instead.

Amazing stay

This hotel is amazing in every way. The staff is overly friendly. Need a microwave late at night, they are happy to hand-deliver it to your room. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet, and modern. The mirror TVs are awesome! Great location.

Relax!

Beautiful room overlooking the park/river setting. Fantastic window seat with comfortable couch - a great way to watch the sunset. Room was clean, well designed - something to live in. Common spaces are museum worthy.

We enjoyed our quiet, clean, and very efficient stay at this wonderful gem in the heart of Beautiful Downtown Midland, Michigan. Staff was very professional and well mannered. The hospitality was not expected, but superceded my expectations.
