"When checking into the room the front desk clerk was making very inappropriate comments to myself and was making me feel VERY uncomfortable. The outside of the hotel was very dirty and looked run down. When we got to our room it looked NOTHING like the pictures online."

"For the most part this was an ok place to stay. What was wrong was the rude gentleman in the office that I asked to replace the coffee pot in the room because it had a lot of mold growing in it. I would post a pic if I could. It was disgusting and a health hazard. Also the hair dryer did not work. ..."

"Front desk staff were great to work with. They explained the situation regarding the outdoor pool prior at check-in and how they're waiting on corporate to remove the outdoor pool mention from the website. Fitness Room was OK, could use an actual bench, not something that looks like it came from someone's grandma's house circa 1935. May need to address some routine maintenance on the cardio equipment. Indoor pool was nice - no issues here Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom a little cramped, but no issues. pretty large room fridge as well, compared to previous properties I've stayed in."
