I should have left when I came in and the check in desk was behind 2 inch thick glass and a locked door. We reserved a room with 2 beds and they gave us one with one bed. They did find another room for us but the tub was stained, the air conditioner was broken, the refrigerator didn't work and there was a spot where my foot stuck to the carpet (yuck!). I expected the breakfast to be disappointing (it was) but I thought the coffee machine would at least be working (it wasn't). This motel is so poorly run that it made me wonder if they're really trying to deter guests. Avoid it if at all possible.

I want to start this off by saying that we have stayed at this facility a number of times throughout the years. This is the first time that we have had major issues. The check-in was longer than expected. Once we got our room, the bathroom was not cleaned. We went back to the front desk and thy gave us another room. That bathroom was worse than the first. We decided not to stay and move to another hotel.

Bed was broken and was a very shape because it sagged so much in the middle. Bedding had brown stains. Floor had white stains on the carpet. Bathroom door was painted two different colors, shower had no hot water after running for at least 5 minutes. Television didn't work. The smell of cigarette smoke was awful even though its a non-smoking hotel.

The place was a dump. When we pulled into the parking lot at 4 in the afternoon we were the ONLY car in the lot. Breakfast was choice of 4 bagels or cereal. About a dozen people live there and they let the 6 kids run all over the place.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Having said that, I think that the owners were saving costs by skimping on the cleaning staff and budget. The hotel was not well maintained, and is in need of a good deep clean.
