The staff at this hotel we so lovely and went out of their way to make you feel welcomed, especially the day time staff. Rooms are lovely and the restaurant very clean. Likes the spa but was definitely missing a steam room to set it off properly. Would happily return anytime.

Free self parking is available and the hotel's front desk is staffed around-the-clock. WiFi in public areas is free. Luggage storage is also provided.
The hotel was central to shops restaurants and the marina. Parking was very easy and free and my room was clean and comfortable with a good view of the marina. The area was quiet and conducive to a good nights sleep. I can recommend this hotel for a good base to look around North Somerset.
