This is a budget hotel located above a Lidl Shop. We were promptly attended to a reception, the receptionist entered our car registration on a computer which authorised free overnight parking. We were located on the third floor which had a splendid view of the nearby Marina and plaza. Our room and ensuite was clean and tidy. Double bed was confortabke. The hotel dies not provide catering but there is a wealth of catering locations in Portishead marina and Tiwn Centre.

The rooms were clean and staff helpful. It was very helpful that we could have our dog with us. Unfortunately, it was a warm day when we arrived and room 124 was very stuffy, and the window woildnt open far. Also the traffic noise kept us awake, so we closed the window and relied on the desk fan provided, which also was noisy. Fortunately the friendly staff moved us to room 120 which faced the other way and was much quieter for our 2nd night. Had we been in room 120 on the 1st nigjt we wouldn't have had any complaints.

Perfectly average budget hotel. My stay was overpriced at £140 per night. £70 would be a more realistic price. Location is good next to the marina but very basic hotel for with no facilities. Staff helpful enough.

The hotel was as good as we needed, the staff were very friendly, and we were able to leave the car there and check in later, and was very surprised at the marina and how nice the area was, and in a good area for restaurants etc , and England won so had a really good trip

Great location, good clean room and it had nice view of the marina. Easy parking (remember to give registration number at reception) and supermarkets and restaurants on the doorstep. Great place to stay. Would stay again if in the area.

Easy parking just enter your reg at reception. Arrived 2am to a happy friendly staff member. Rooms were clean, we had a view of the marina. Very comfy bed. Would definitely recommend.
