We arrived late and left early so didn’t get to experience breakfast or much of the outside but all staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful, beds were very comfortable and room was perfect for our quick stop over.

Really enjoyed my stay. The staff were so helpful and polite. The room was clean and well equipped and the bed has to be one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Would definitely stay again.

Hit but excessive extra charges

Paying £40 extras for dogs is over the top. Also had to add £10 for parking too! Bed was squeaky and mattress was limp. Otherwise a reasonable stay.

Lovely property that was fit for purpose. The staff were wonderful and the little touches such as the colouring pencils and cartoon characters for kids to colour and then paste on the reception wall was great. My daughter enjoyed that.

Tired looking decor. Walls not clean. Wall lamps rusting. Table not clean. Broken tiles in bathroom. When we were getting ready to leave in the morning a group of staff were directly outside our room constantly using foul language. Bed was not comfortable, worst sleep in a long time needs new mattresses.
