Perfect Family Holiday

We had a great stay at this beautiful home! Everything was just as described and as seen in the pictures. Very easy access to both the ocean and bayside with plenty of restaurants a short drive away. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

The house was very nice but when we arrived the pool was green and full of debri, there was a storm that blew through but was over by saturday where i expected the rental agency to get a pool company out and get the pool swimmable, we were not able to swim in it till Friday, due to the high chlorine content, one day of swimming. It was clear that no one had serviced the pool in the condition it was in when i arrived. the property managers just kept making excuses for the pool co.The pool company arrived Thursday morning and did a bad job, so they had a new company out Thursday afternoon who cleaned it up. I rent a home with a pool because i have 5 grandkids that were there and had no pool to play in.I didnt even get a I am sorry, let us make it up to you some how, nothing but that figures

Quality home, great location

This is a very high-quality home and is mostly as described. There is a lot of sleeping space but it will get cozy if you have many people. The availability of a pool and pool table was a nice touch. The location is optimal, especially if you are fisherman. I gave it four out of five stars only because there were several issues that had to be addressed upon arrival ; however, The property manager responded to my request and fixed the problems immediately. Unfortunately, the pool was never fixed and had no filter system and was quite dirty by the end. For the price we paid, I would not expect any of these issues, but I am pleased with how most of them were responded to. With that said, I would highly recommend.
