"The staff where amazing!"

"My sister and I stayed at Whala Boca Chica from Dec 22 - 28 and we had the best time! Check in was simple and courteous. We arrived a couple hours early so we couldn't go to the room yet. They give you your wristbands and take your luggage to an office room that allows you to explore the resort until 3pm. Immediately we were greeted by bartenders ready to make us a drink to take to the beach. At 3, a helpful staff member showed us to our room and carried our luggage all the way there. We stayed in a double frontal sea view captain room and it was great. Very clean, cold AC and fridge, no issues. We had a balcony with a breathtaking view. Dining was good and the buffet had plenty of options at each meal. The snacks were so convenient for a late night bite. The beach was stunning. Lot of cabanas and places to sit. Once we reached the weekend, it became slightly crowded and the drinks were a little watered down, but it wasn't really a problem for us specifically. You can also order straight shots at the bar. Watet was available throughout the resort to stay hydrated. There were also fun activities and shows each day/night. Overall it was such a memorable experience and we'd love to return!"

"Our stay at this resort was truly amazing. The rooms were spotless, and every member of the staff was professional, courteous, and welcoming. From the front desk to housekeeping, bartenders, servers, and the entertainment team, everyone made us feel valued and appreciated throughout our stay. A special thank you to Pablo, Waster, Omar, Marielys for their exceptional service and hospitality. The restaurants were outstanding, the pools were clean and spacious, and there was always something to do. Whenever we needed assistance or recommendations, the staff went above and beyond to help. We absolutely plan on returning. This resort felt like home, and we have no complaints whatsoever."

"Very nice remodeled hotel. Beacfront. Modern and comfy rooms. Very good food l, drinks and attentive staff. Joel from Reception, Luz and Yoel in the main restaurant, Yohanny in the Chiringuito. All excellent. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Will get better with time! Such a nice resort close to the city"
