A modern hotel in the heart of Madrid. Our room is overlooking the Plaza Espana. During our visit in December , there were Christmas markets and skating rink. Bed were very comfortable, room were very clean. Breakfast has variety of options, the most I've seen so far. Spa is included with our stay but we didnt have a chance to try it but I'm sure is was good, too. Staff did an excellent service. Overall, it was a great stay. Location was excellent and walking distance to major attractions. I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Modern hotel along Plaza de Espana and near the historic attractions in Madrid. Walking distance to Gran Via, Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, San Miguel Nacional to name a few. Room is very clean, bed very comfortable, staff are very attentive to details and made us feel welcomed. Staff were very helpful at all times. Breakfast was amazing and delicious with rich variety of food and drinks. Excellent service. We didnt have a chance to enjoy the spa but will try nexr time.We highly recommend this hotel.

The best hotel room we have stayed in. Super comfy huge bed. Beautifully designed room with amazing bathroom. No small detail has been forgotten. All staff are super happy and helpful.

Very disappointing experience. I had a non-refundable reservation and provided full medical documentation showing that my family member was hospitalized unexpectedly and unable to travel. Despite the emergency and clear proof, the hotel refused any flexibility or compassion. They denied a refund and even declined to adjust the reservation dates, offering no real assistance in an exceptional situation. I do not recommend this property for travelers who expect basic understanding or humane treatment when facing genuine emergencies.

Saliendo por la puerta del hotel fui atacado y amenazado por unos delincuentes migrantes. Francamente, el nivel de seguridad es nulo. Nunca me había pasado algo parecido en ningún otro hotel en Madrid. Para mí, la seguridad de los huéspedes es prioritaria, por lo cual nunca más volvería al VP Plaza España Hotel.
