Excellent location, close to everything. Very clean. Water pressure in the bathroom is very good. Conchi, from the reception, is very efficient, friendly and recommended a great restaurant within walking distance to Colectia. Would definitely recommend and book here again!

Even throughout the EU blackout, this place was very accommodating and the customer service was excellent. If I ever go back, this will be the place I stay at. Thank you to the awesome staff, I know everything was limited throughout the blackout but you made my experience special.

The stay was excellent. Many thanks to Conchi, the receptionist, for her kindness and help in making our stay in Madrid a wonderful experience. Staff and property was great. The building wasn’t what I expected. The building is more like a business center and you got up to the fourth floor to get into the “hotel”. Our room smelled so bad, like sewage and sulfur. It was revolting. But other than that, the room was excellent.

Básico y limpio, pero caro para lo que ofrece.

El hotel es nuevo. El precio es de un hotel tres estrellas, sin embargo, no ofrecía amenidades básicas como servicio a la habitación, servicio de limpieza, o personal en sitio durante la noche. Tampoco tenía plancha o sitio para poner el equipaje. El baño olía muy mal.
