This property is unique. It is designed to attract students & business people, as it has plenty of areas for working at. The staff were all excellent and very friendly. The location is very close to the main tourist areas and is very walkable. The rooms are very quiet (at least ours was).

Pretty close to Metro and shopping mall (with a very nice supermarket). A short walking distance to shopping streets and attractions (Royal Palace). Love the decoration vibe of hotel interior design. Facilities are friendly to guests including cross training seasons, a big kitchen for self cooking plus a large area of dining. Love to see there are free laundry self-services. In room cleanliness was a big plus.

Everything was fine except the noise during the night . You can hear everything from the corridor , the doors are extremely noisy and I woke up a few times thinking that was people in my room . We slept terrible because the noise , The rooms are like a student room , it wasn’t at all what I expected from a 4 star hotel .

Cant fault the hotel at all. The staff were great, rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Close to 2 metro stations. Was really easy to get around. Food at the hotel was really good and pool area was lovely. Literally nothing bad to say

Fantastic stay. Wonderful and very friendly staff, who went above and beyond with everything we needed. Incredibly delicious and varied breakfast buffet. Rooms were great if a bit dark, beds comfortable. We did get a bit hot, as the A/C was not fantastic, and it was middle of summer. Really well located, across the street from Parque del Retiro. Overall would highly recommend it.
