We had stayed there the week before and had a nice experience. A week later, we had a room that had a broken shower, and the pool was closed. This is a nice property for a shared room. The rooms are spacous and they have 2 baths and 2 bedrooms. They have a kitchen and a washing machine.

Everything in the apartment is as described, neat,adequately equipped and clean. Communication could be better as it is very impersonal. We experienced issues with the air conditioning as did others previously. Once we had it straightened out everything worked fine

Property was clean & in an excellent location - lots of bars, restaurants very close. It is rather dark in the apartment as the only windows are onto an inner courtyard so no outside view or proper daylight. However the apartment was quieter in the evening as a result There is also a strong smell of cooking when the restaurant downstairs is open which was not very pleasant and also noise from the restaurant extractor fan or air con system. The Expedia website is misleading as apartment was described as 2 BEDROOMS when in fact it is 1 bedroom with twin beds & a sofa bed in the living room. None of the Expedia photos show the same apartment. As we were 3 adult friends we were completely misled by the Expedia description and if the sofa bed hadn’t been made up for us would not have had enough beds to sleep in. But not the fault of the Apartment owners.

The location is perfect if you want to get the true feel of a Madrilleno lifestyle. There are many food options and everything was within walking distance. The only drawback was on our last night, a Friday, the street was very busy and loud until 3/4 AM. Other than that, a perfect stay .

Excellent location, away from the hustle and noise but walkable to puerta del sol, plaza mayor & metros. Uber dropped us at the fromt of the property. There are restaurants, stores and small groceries nearby. Easy to communicate with the owner/s via whatsapp. I also like the push button access code to the apt, no worries with losing the house key! The neighborhood is safe. It was a comfortable stay and highly recommended.

Ubicación perfecta, muy comodo, tenia lo esencial. Le hubiera calificado un 5 estrellas si los aires acondicionado enfriara mejor, el de arriba era como si tuvieras un ventilador a baja velocidad pero no aire frio. El de la parte de abajo se sentía un poco mejor. Del resto todo muy bien!

Great property and feels local (cause it isn't a traditional hotel). The staff is very available in an office on the first level and makes check-in very easy with providing code, etc. There is a lot of shopping and dining on the street and even more within walking distance. The property is hard to get to via car, but this can be considered a good thing!
