I love Only You, and I will stay there every time I go to Madrid. The Hotel is very beautiful with well decorated and intimate spaces. We were surprised to see the access to the main room blocked for private events. That limited our experience, as we usually gather there to have coffee or drinks with friends. Guests should be advised ahead of their stay if the common areas will be closed or a room credit should be given. We pay for the Only You experience as a whole not just a place to sleep.

I spent three wonderful nights! The staff are all extremely kind, extremely helpful. Check in was easy and the room was gorgeous. The hotel is stunning - everywhere you look there is something pretty to look at.
