I loved the accessibility to the airport. I don't know why they wanted me to check in early for my stay as the check in process was very fast (having not done the pre check in thing). I was confused by the buffet vs ordering for dinner. but i was served excellent food so It doesn't really matter. overall I would definitely recommend and return

Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was kind of small but clean and comfortable. Metro station within walking distance from the hotel so it was easy to go to downtown Madrid. For sure I will book this hotel for my next Madrid Trip

Nice hotel near airport
This is a good hotel for an overnight stay near the airport. The room was in very good condition, however, there was a little musty smell when the air conditioner was turned on. This went away with time so could have been due to not being used in a little while. Breakfast seemed a little pricey and is cheaper if purchased ahead of time. We chose to skip it and pick up something at the airport.

The service was great, but I didn't like the concept that the building I stayed in was separate from the building for checkin, checkout and dining. It was cold and rainy and I did not expect to be exposed to the elements at my hotel. Also, I had ordered a glass of Rioja wine that I said tasted bad. They gave me another glass of a different wine but didn't check the bad wine and continued to serve it. I experienced a slight case of food poisoning (spinning room) the next morning and I think it was because of the bad wine. I only had one glass so I didn't drink too much.

The property decor seems a little dated but well kept. The room did not include a self serve coffee maker and the drinks in the fridge were not included in the room price. Note that there is a pretty good small bar and restaurant around the corner.
