Lo mejor la localización, porque por lo demás... Puff para entrar lo primero que si la puerta del portal está cerrada no te toca más que llamar algún vecino para que te abra, lo segundo qué la cerradura digital no va bien el táctil no funciona teníamos que andar una y otra vez dando a los numeritos para que coincidiera el número siete sobre todo, tanto el de fuera para entrar a los apartamentos y luego el de nuestra puerta, así que veo que las cerraduras en general los táctiles no funcionan bien, se oye a los vecinos hay bastante ruido la insonorización no es buena, y aunque el aspecto general es bastante nuevo no está muy bien cuidado, el mantenimiento es pésimo, se ve que lo limpian pero el mantenimiento no es muy bueno el apartamento estaba los techos las paredes y el baño desconchado, la ducha y la puerta desconchada el colgador de las toallas caída no había calefacción y con el frío que nos tocó el fin de semana en Madrid pues tú me dirás había un pequeño radiador que pudimos tirar con él porque el apartamento no es muy grande y podía pasar, había una especie de unificador que supongo que haría de aire acondicionado en verano pero que la tubería en vez de salir para fuera estaba rota, y la tubería estaba dentro de la habitación así que no hacía su función, repito que el mantenimiento era pésimo, el apartamento estaba lleno de espejos y algunos estaban rotos.. hay que decir que la ubicación es extraordinaria, calidad precio del apartamento 4/10 para lo que pagamos por él
