False Advertising

Pictures shown for the double rooms are not accurate. I booked this hotel thinking I would have a room with a big terrace, outdoor seating, a sofa in the room etc. in reality the rooms were very tiny, essentially a bed only. I asked to be moved to a terrace room after checking in. Another guest was at the front desk voicing the same concerns. The staff was very friendly, they did the best they could, but after being moved to a balcony room it still did not match the size or design as shown in the listing. Don’t be fooled like we were!!! The rooms themselves were clean and updated nicely, but it wasn’t worth what I paid for. Overall I felt tricked with this booking.

Hotel location is good. Walking distance to restaurants shops and attractions. Hotel is modern and probability was recently renovated. However the smell in the room of dampness was unbearable. Breakfast was ok
