Book Axel Hotels rooms in Madrid Centro

"We recently stayed in this hotel and we had the most amazing time. We were upgarded however the bed were twin beds in that room. The next day we requested a change of rooms and Alessandro (apologise if i have gotten your name wring) was really helpful and accommodating. We switched rooms within 3hrs. The hotel staff were all lovely, from check-in to, cleaning to the dining staff. Tbe breakfast staff all worked so wonderfully together. Tbe breakfast was delicious. This hotle is in a wonderful arena and close to tbe metro stop, which was handy for when we wentvto Bernabeu stadium. I cant wait to book my next holiday to Madrid, so i can stay here again. "
