The location was amazing. The stars for the staff go to two individuals alone. If not for them (hostess/waitress in restaurant and Brandon at front desk) I would have given ZERO stars for staff. Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport North
Location was close to airport but farther away from downtown. Room was clean and comfortable. Carpets could stand to be updated or removed. Our bathroom shower door would not completely close so the water was everywhere on the floor. Parking was easy and plenty of room. Staff was excellent.

DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Paradise Valley - Scottsdale
The resort is beautiful, well kept grounds. The pool areas are nice. It seems like you need to get to the pool early! Towels are out on chairs by 8:00 am and we could never get a chair at the main pool. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Would stay here again.

Property seems in update. Our building not updated yet. Pullout mattress was horrible. King bed mattress not much better. Door handle to bathroom broken. Nice staff. Pools good but limited food options. 3 out of 5.
