"The location is perfect. I would stay here again based on that alone. The hotel needs some updating, small bathroom/sink area. Good and helpful staff. You have to request housekeeping, which isn’t a big deal but no one told us that so we were confused when we didn’t have any service after the first few days of our stay."

"Poor rating because no warm or hot water for one hour or greater (8-9pm- we went to bed after that) on first of 3 nights and no hot or warm water at least 45min on our 3rd evening at 7pm. Water pressure fluctuated to near dribble morning & evening. Becaue the problem was after 6 pm , no one was available in person nor did anyone answer repeated phone calls, messages nor an email. The office staff during daytime was nice but were unable to help & said they'd check with management. We were refused any discount on the stay"

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the building looked neglected, with peeling paint and broken windows. The entire property is in very poor condition. The smell of mold is overwhelming throughout the hotel and inside the room. The bathroom is extremely old, the paint is peeling off the walls, and everything feels poorly maintained. The unpleasant odor made it very difficult to stay comfortably. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please do yourself a favor and choose a different place to stay."
