"We absolutely loved this cozy home on the beautiful Kenai River! It had everything we needed and more. We loved sitting by the fire watching the aqua blue water float by. We saw eagles and gulls and just breathed in the fresh Alaskan air. We also enjoyed the sauna and stayed up late playing games in the lovely dining area. We would definitely stay here again. It has it all-location, beauty, comfort and space! We felt well cared for. "

"The wooden lodge itself is unique. I was extremely skeptical about the bathroom and shower not inside the lodge but there were 4 shower and bathroom for 5 lodges. I was kind of use one for ourselves."

"The Bear Den was just as advertised! The property was clean and comfortable and close to several good restaurants. The river view is amazing and we saw an eagle from the deck! We enjoyed a rafting trip down the river and saw many eagles and a moose with her baby. The property is an easy and beautiful drive to Seward where we went on a whale watching tour and a sled dog exhibition. Would definitely stay again!!"
