This amazing 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2 bath home offers a bold stay spread throughout 1400+sqft and amazing amenities. The home can handle large groups and families. We have 4 Queen sized beds divided among the 1st and 2nd floors. Each room is designed with high-end finishes.

The rear of the home is very open. The deck grill overlook the yard. There you'll find a covered hottub with seating near it where those who want to take a dip can talk to those who want to stay dry. Not far away is the fire pit with Adirondack chairs surrounded by trees for privacy.

The host was very communicative about everything. The backyard fire pit and hot tub were the highlights of this place, and even made us stay in one of the nights instead of going out to see the nightlife, which is in walking distance of the location. We had zero problems during our stay and will definitely return the next time we stay in Louisville!

We had a great long weekend trip to Louisville. Our stay here was great! There was great communication with the host and very prompt responses on their side. Very clean and well equipt. The beds slept great. The backyard area was another amazing beauty! We just didn’t have time to enjoy it like we would have liked. We were close to everything we had planned to do. Thanks so much!

This was a fantastic property and a great location. The house was very pretty and comfortable. The hot tub was very nice and clean. We loved the location and were able to walk to all the places we wanted to go in the NULU neighborhood. The hosts had very helpful communication. We highly recommend!

Really great little place right in the heart of NuLu. Keep in mind, this is on a street with a lot of cool old house at different stages: some are beautifully renovated and some aren't. If that kind of thing puts you off, find another area. I thought it was great. Some beautiful old houses in that part of town. And literally two blocks from East Market with all of the things. A short walk to Rabbit Hole Distillery, The Last Refuge, Wild Hats...many great places.The house was perfect for 4 people. Nice little bedrooms, clean bathrooms and an excellent kitchen/living room area. Really nice little outdoor space as well. Absolutely would stay there again.
