We had a light out I. The bathroom and it was dark also no lamp In The living room. I had to go to the lobby bathroom to use a mirror as there wasn’t one In the bedroom of the suite and the living room and bar were broken with no light not even from a window do to the way the suite was set up. When we checked in and noticed this extremely unsafe condition of the bathroom we were told yes they know the light is t working and they are waiting on a part to come in to fix it. Why would you put someone in An unsafe room? They couldn’t change our room as they were full. We tried to switch to a different hotel but they were all full. The housekeeping staff never came to clean or make the bed or provide fresh towels or take out the trash. When we called about this they said the housekeeper could see properly to clean!!! The did run up 2 towels. Did not take the trash or bring washcloths or hand towels!

Very friendly staff and hot breakfast was the good part. Didn't like so much - same breakfast everyday. So for someone staying 4 nights like I did, it was a bit off.
