The person at the front desk was very sweet. Unfortunately when we got to the room, which was nice, the toilet didn't work. So we asked to change rooms. He was very accommodating, and moved us to the room next door. The new room was much older, not as nice as the first room, not as many amenities,and dirty. With stains on the chair, which I avoided sitting on. Not sure why we got DOWNgraded because THEIR toilet didn't work. Really disappointed in Ramada. Do better!

Clean but all furniture had some sort of dent or scuff. Bathroom had sloppy overcaulked everything but was clean. Fair amount of street noise. Staff was friendly and efficient.
