Perfect for nights that you choose to dine at home or hire a chef, the formal dining room seats up to 10, beneath dual chandeliers and elegantly appointed for any elaborate dinner party.

After a fun lunch/dinner in the dining room or bites around the kitchen, move the family down to the movie theater with 12ft screen and surround sound or open the door to the backyard pool oasis. While situated in the famous neighborhood of West Hollywood, guests never need to leave the house to experience an amazing and relaxing time. BEDROOMS
3 large bedrooms (featuring 2 master suites) upstairs each with their own attached full bathroom and 1 bedroom/office with two twin mattress trundle beds next to the 2nd master bedroom. Each bedroom has their own private patio overlooking the Hollywood Hills and neighborhood from 3 stories above. All bedrooms have new tempur-memory foam mattress, memory foam pillows and luxurious linens.

The first master bedroom has soaring ceilings, floor to ceiling windows overlooking Hollywood Hills with tufted Cal-king bed and the bathroom is like a modern spa with his/her sides including dual toilets for privacy, a massive jet tub and a huge shower.

The 2nd master bedroom is sprawling with seating area, windows from every angle of the Hollywood Hills and ultra lux floor-to-ceiling marble bathroom with walk-in rain shower. This room also has immediate access to the trundle bedroom/office, perfect for parent/children scenario.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and the largest outdoor patio overlooking the pool. The guest bathroom has a full shower and tub with a multi-function shower head.

The trundle bedroom/office is across from the 2nd master. It has a large marble executive desk and a twin trundle (dual twin mattresses, 2nd one pulls out from below) bed that also serves as a daybed or nap area for the tired executive.

MOVIE THEATER

Unique to other homes of this type and area, the plush movie theater is a major attraction. The 12ft long screen and cloud-like sofa were built for comfortable viewing and enjoyment. Just try not to fall asleep. You will never want to go to another theater again. Great for screening movies, games or your favorite awards show.

OUTSIDE

Relax poolside in one of the largest backyard lots in West Hollywood. This unique oasis is unlike any other modern house around. Long saline lap pool with large baja shelf for soaking and a huge jetted hot tub. Large living/seating area and dining area for eating the family lunch by the pool. 2 fire features for those cool California nights. Enjoy coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner or meetings on any bedroom patio or large backyard spaces! All promise to relax your soul and great Los Angeles sunshine. Heating for pool or hot tub is an additional fee. All landscaping is maintained weekly with mature agave succulents, gorgeous olive trees and flowers for the frequent hummingbirds.

SAFETY

The neighborhood is extremely safe. It is ok to walk around in the early morning or late at night. While this house is in the center of all the Beverly Hills/West Hollywood/Hollywood Hills activities, its also nestled in a quiet, dog-walk kind of neighborhood. Very little foot traffic other than neighbors getting coffee or taking their dogs to socialize. Parking passes only, so you won’t have the overcrowded street like most nearby neighborhoods or lack of parking like the Hollywood Hills. The house has security cameras around the entire perimeter and viewable from any bedroom TV.
