The room was not cleaned regularly. The manager was fired 2 X during our 10 day stay We were overcharged 300USD of which it took us a month to get back 158 Homeless people outside the hotel. Absolutely rude staff and unresponsive. Not worth the trouble

Great location in West Hollywood, staff was good to work with, and the hotel itself was very nice I like the remodel. Stayed 6 days and there was two days that I had to get housekeeping to come in and clean the room because they missed things or not come at all. As far as parking the parking lot is very tight (be careful) and every time I had to enter I had to call the front desk even though they said they monitor the cameras.

The front desk staff were amazing! I had to checkout late and they were so helpful and accommodating. The complimentary coffee was really good too. Perfect if you need to be by Cedars Sinai and great access to the Beverly Center. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
