Clean room , dishwasher in kitchenette, great rainfall shower, plenty kitchen ware , big cups , full size fridge with freezer section , crisp bed linen, staff friendly and quick response , lovely view from window at front of building , only downside was hard mattress ! We had a lovely stay on the night of a concert at the o2. Was easy to get to via public transport and ubers. Shop, cafe and restaurant opposite and next to hotel. Staff were lovely and friendly too!

Room was nice, well equipped and located well. However it wasn't ready on arrival, despite paying for early check in and turning up after 3pm (usual check in time). The air con was centrally managed and couldn't be changed, no windows could be opened which meant the room was incredibly warm and stuffy. We did ask if it could be changed and was apparently as low as it could be.

Wonderful place to stay in London

This hotel sits right by two major bus stops that will get you into London with ease. Our room faced the street and still was soundproof. The room comes with central AC which was a blessing during their hot wave. Theres restaurants nearby and a grocery store within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Its also very close to a tube station.

We were disappointed with our stay at this hotel in London during our Europe trip. The location, while not as central as expected in Greenwich, was quieter. However, the room was uncomfortably hot, and despite notifying reception, they were unable to resolve the issue. We requested a different room, but none were available. The staff advised that they needed managers approval to give us fans and they took a long time to approve only one extra fan, which did not sufficiently cool the room. The room layout was also inconvenient, as the sofa bed could not be opened fully due to a diningtable blocking it. We moved the table towards the side, but that blocked the kitchen and the exit from the room. In other words, there was nowhere to put the table and open the sofa bed at the same time. The room is not suitable for four people as advertised. The reception staff were sympathetic but unable to address the issues effectively. Additionally, we discovered mold on the sheets in the morning, which was immediatelyreported but not directly addressed by the manager. The compensation offered was 20% off a future stay, but we have no intention of returning.

Our stay was not comfortable at all, it was very hot in the apartment on the second floor. The air-conditioning was set to a temperature of 19 degrees. Only one of two windows can be opened slightly. I reported this issue from day one and they can't be bothered to send maintenence person, i can down to meet the man at the reception yesterday afternoon and he said the AC should be working but nothing was done to help. Shameful experience for the huge price we paid.

Hotel was ok, the location was great but check in wasn’t the best. Staff member on reception didn’t update us and the 25 minutes they said it would take for the room to be ready turned into 40 minutes. Not ideal as check in was 3 and we were on time. Got into the room and there were stains on the sofa which wasn’t ideal. It also was advertised as a double sofa bed but was two singles. The bed was very firm and the pillows weren’t the best but it’s a hotel at the end of the day and it’s never great. Other than that the stay was ok.

Nice place, but.....

The on line check in wouldn't work, so I had to check in on arrival. The staff member didn't ask for payment when I checked in and I later found out that he should have. Instead of contacting me, the manager chose to deactivate my room and lock me out of the hotel. Given that I could have returned to the hotel after the reception had closed and been unable to get in, I find this inexcusable and feel it reflects badly.

Great staff and location - property needs work

Absolutely amazing front desk team who were lovely. Location is fantastic and rooms are well proportioned and sized. However few things - bleach used to clean bathroom is pungent and remained strong whole visit. Rooms aren't soundproofed as advertised- can hear outside / neighbour's. Stains on bedspread cover and didn't fit the bedspread properly- which also had a zip down the middle (to make double into two singles) which digs in at night.

Overall, a very nice place. The staff were very friendly. Good location, a short walk to the tube station, several cafes and supermarkets nearby, and a nice part of town. The room was clean and quite big for London, and had an iron, which is always nice. Also laundry downstairs was a huge positive. However, the mattress in the room was quite old and had some springs poking out. Also, didn't find any dishwasher pods, and the microwave had a bit of an unpleasant smell.
