I've stayed at this hotel before so knew what to expect. Overall, it's a good hotel in a fantastic location. The beds are comfortable and it has a nice bathroom with complimentary lotions. It doesn't have AC, which wasn't a problem this trip but could be in summer. Frankly, the rooms are looking quite dated. At this price point it should have AC and a more updated look. But it's still a solid hotel for the price.

Hotel is old and needs a complete refresh; carpets are ripped in places and tiles cracking; just not kept up well. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable and the air system seemed to work well to keep the room cool and the windows open. The location is what you are paying for at this hotel. It is right in Leister Square in the heart of theater district and behind the National Gallery. Picadilly is a stone throw away as is Strand. From that standpoint it was a win.
