AVOID AVOID AVOID

**AVOID** This is the worst place I have ever stayed in, and I travel a lot. Well, I didn't even stay, I left as soon as I saw it, and paid for another room rather than staying here. The area isn't great, but that's nothing. The apartment is mouldy, dirty and not the kind of place anyone would want to stay. The check-in should have told me everything I needed to know, as there were no instructions and I had to try and contact the owner to get the keys. The hallway to the apartment was filthy and cluttered with things. The apartment itself was just plain bad. The shower was so dirty that I would have been better off not using it at all. The toilet was disgusting, and the bed looked like it had already been slept in. I left pretty much straight away and ended up spending an additional £250 on a hotel room, knowing I wouldn't get a refund on this one. It was worth it. I was going to take pictures to show how bad it was, but I just wanted to get out of there, pronto! Never, ever again.

The apartment is reasonable in a bad area... but close to a good area. Apartment ok, but service is bad and the wifi and tv do not work. Contact with mgt bad... very unhelpful but think that's because they are closed to town and don't give a cccc. Buyer beware!

Location is good as very near to Aldgate station however the area is quite rough. Owner is responsive to calls and messages. is Heating in shower not working on our last day.

A FUIR ! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN !

A FUIR ! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN ! Pas de chauffage - chaudière en panne. Moisissure dans la salle de bain et chambre. Pas de couvertures pour les enfants. TV ne fontionne pas. Appel du propriétaire à 18h, dépanneur uniquement le lendemain. Réaction Hotel.com ? Aucune. Ne nous ont pas proposé d'autres chambre malgré la panne de la chaudière. N'importe quel hotel nous aurait replacé ailleurs. Là, non. Malgré 3 relances au service litige, ils sont désolés de ne rien pouvoir faire. Normal de dormir en hiver dans un appartement à 10°C. Vu le temps de réaction, je suis donc parti louer une autre chambre. Service innaceptable et terriblement déçu de la réaction d'Hotel.com qui n'assume pas la défaillance d'un prestataire. Pourquoi l'appartement est encore en location ? -- No heating - boiler failure. Mould in the bathroom and bedroom. No blankets for children. TV does not work. Call from the owner at 6pm, repair work only the next day. Reaction Hotel.com? None. Did not offer us any other rooms despite the boiler failure. Despite 3 reminders to the claim department, they are sorry they cannot do anything. It is normal to sleep in winter in an apartment at 10°C. Unacceptable and terribly disappointed with Hotel.com's reaction, which does not assume the failure of a service provider. Why is the apartment still rented?

Det var en dårlig oplevelse. Internettet virkede ikke. Tv der ingen mulighed for at tænde. Der manglede viskestykke m.m. Der var meget koldt, ingen varme. Vil ikke anbefale det til nogle.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Rapport qualité/prix très intéressant pour Londres. La salle de bains privative est un vrai plus, et était un critère essentiel pour nous. De même pour le couchage dans 2 pièces séparées. Le couchage d’appoint pour les enfants était correct mais sans plus (un peu juste pour notre grand qui fait 1m80...) Pour le couchage dans la chambre, il ne faut pas être claustrophobe ! (Voir photo) Ceci dit, la literie est de bonne qualité. Serviettes et linge de lit fournis.
