The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff were especially nice and helpful as was the breakfast staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in London.

The staff where absolutely amazing but the hotel and room where a little tired and well used we arrived at about lunch time when we went for lunch we where told that there is only a limited menu avaliable and because we had our 11 year old daughter with us there was nothing on the limited menu for her so we ordered 3 toasted sandwiches and it came to £35 now i know things have gone up in price but thats well to expensive and we where told thay where frozen so i will not be back there trust me
