Property is good. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Hampton by Hilton policies a bit much to be desired. You have to request daily housekeeping. So if you want a clean towel, garbage taken out or a bed made up you have to request it at registration. This is a total of a 10 minute service for a hotel that cost approximately $650. for 2 nights Hiltons reasoning Covid..someone should tell them this is not a good excuse. Shame on you!

Wonderful BUT Not Environmentally Friendly :(

This is a wonderfully clean and comfortable hotel. The bed, clean bathroom and room in general was superb. Great hotel location as well. However, they do not recycle. Anywhere - in the room or at breakfast. Sooooo much waste - and thus the 4 vs. 5-star rating. The pool was wonderful and at a nice temperature. Breakfast staff were very accommodating and pleasant, but the front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming. This was the first hotel I've been in (and we travel a lot) where the bed did not look directly at the TV. That made it uncomfortable to watch TV. Otherwise, great hotel, and we'll definitely go back. I just hope I see it more eco-friendly by seeing blue boxes in rooms, and a LOT less waste at the delicious continental breakfast.

Walked in and was greeted with a smile from the gentleman at front desk who made us feel very welcomed. Took the time to explain the amenities of the hotel as well as where to have breakfast in the morning. We walked into the room to surprized layout which we thought was well thought out. Room and bathroom were clean and loved the extra large smart tv. I’ve never turned on a hotel tv to see WELCOME ROB on the screen before. Was such a nice added touch. We didn’t hear anything all night and slept comfortably in the large bed. Breakfast was good and hot with a few options. Kudos for making our stay special
