Quiet and restful

My suite was immaculate as always, right at the top of the stairs, and still quite quiet. The included breakfast is basic, but at the price charged for the room, can’t complain. Reception staff are always pleasant. Comfort Suites in London is our go to anytime we’re there now.

Staff was wonderful, rooms very nice, however, adding curtains to the dividing doors between bedroom and living are would add much needed privacy. Breakfast was very good, as well. Lots of construction going on in the neighborhood, so it wasn't a very scenic neighborhood. Overall, a very good stay

Not bad to crash overnight

We checked quite late after a long drive. Check in was a process and a half. Not only that while getting back to my car we had a family of skunks walking around the parking lot so we tried quickly to avoid them. Breakfast was okay nothing fancy. However housekeeping was already cleaning other rooms at 7am! I was hoping to sleep in a touch longer after a long drive night before

The staff was friendly. Breakfast okay. Telephone hasn’t worked whole stay, can’t make calls out, staff came to check but still doesn’t work. Breakfast similar daily, overcooked bacon, either scrambled eggs or not so interesting small rather cold omelette, cold hardly cooked types of potatoes, but yogurt, bananas, some frozen fruit for cereal, good coffee & juices, nice muffins, waffles, cold boiled eggs. Some thing for everyone, we all have own preferences I guess.

Everything was good at comfort suites except that the washroom locks don’t work properly, it’s hard to lock/unlock the washroom doors. Other than that the staff are very friendly and the suite is clean and comfy. The breakfast was good too.
