We had a very spacious room. It was a bit noisy as it was right beside the exit door to the parking area so there was a lot of traffic outside our room. Bathroom was clean. The exterior was a bit tired looking but once you walk in the hotel is reasonably updated. Internet was fine. check in and out was very easy. pleasant staff. I would come back for short stays and for the reasonable price.

The rooms are a bit tired looking and need some TLC but this is to expected at the price. The main issue is that there are no door seals and little insulation in the walls so noise from the halls and other rooms makes it hard to get a decent sleep

Good Family Hotel

Hotel was extremely clean - bed was comfy - salt water pool was a tad too warm for this time of year - staff were excellent - but the room had an underlying smell - either from too much air freshener sprays or the carpets need to be replaced......... - great location - right off the 401 - I would not hesitate to stay here again

We checked in late after a long day, hoping to rest and go to bed but the hotel was extremely noisy due to a conference, a kids’ baseball team, a crying baby, and loud partying in nearby rooms. We had to check out just 20 minutes later. The manager, Jun, could only offer a refund on the security deposit and said no other rooms were available. I had to go through Expedia to request a refund. This was completely unacceptable and a very poor experience. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and not worth the stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

You checkin I noticed that there was a Mario gras convention happening and there were members of this convention out front smoking right by the door not only cigarettes but marijuana as well. There was open alcohol being drank in the hallways and after 11pm there were still people partying in the hallways outside my room. Very loud and very obnoxious. I asked them to keep it down, I asked staff to say something and they continued to party until 3am which meant I did not get much sleep before I had to be at my conference at another location. I understand that people want to have a good time but staff should have ensured the comfort of all guests and enforced a quiet time.

CONFIDENTIAL: - No blankets in one of our rooms. - only one man on staff in the dining room. We ordered 3 different drink he brought 3 identicals. Food was good and abundant. - children, ages from 4 or 5 years old to perhaps 11 or 12 (mostly 8 to 10 for baseball tournaments) playing very loud, boisterously and wild because the parents sent them out of their rooms so that they themselves could party.... from late afternoon until about 10:30, when we complained. The two "on duty" hotel staff and "Security" staff had taken no initiative, and did nothing prior to our complaints (although we are confident that they heard the screaming and yelling of the kids. Our second evening at the hotel was somewhat better, but not as consistently managed as would be expected. - On the day of our departure, directly outside one of our rooms, the very loud idling of the large number of vintage cars began at 7:30 am. The exhaust fumes were sucked into the room by the ventilation system. This rumbling of the performance or rebuilt engines continued as the herd of vehicles slowly paraded out of the parking lot, by the longest route. - I have experienced hotel living over 50 years, internationally and locally, including Wyndham hotels, but the absence of room service (to make the xcept "only every three days" was another surprise and disappoiment. There were a few other issues, but being an old building, old plumbing,etc. Ramada and Wyndham should be aware of them. Guests certainly deserve better.

Pool was great! The only negative was we had lots of noise all night long of people walking in the hallways very loud. The rooms are not soundproof so even if people were talking normal in the hallway it was like they were right in our room talking to my face. (All night long) was super hard for my kids to sleep.

The staff and room were excellent. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the entry to Door 3 had individuals at the entry making it uncomfortable to use this door. As well, I received a text at 8:00 am providing a link to check out online. This woke me up. The email I received would have been the better alternative. Not sure if there is a process to identify not to receive text message
