Great location- walking distance to many restaurants, parks and amenities! Our room was very spacious and clean! Great views! Breakfast was good but could have offered more variety! Some common areas in the hotel were dated and not finished well. Elevator floors were dirty and not cleaned overnight. Parking on site was secure and expensive!

We chose this hotel based on the great reviews. The hotel itself is fantastic. Room is same as in the pictures and spacious. Location is convenient with many restaurants nearby, which is also a problem. It’s 1:57 AM now and there’s still very loud music from the restaurant patio on the street. I don’t know how did people sleep with this kind of noise but I couldn’t. Will not stay here if aware of it before booking.

The hotel looked beautiful online and when we got there, it was not as nice as the pictures. The Jack Astors right beside the hotel had music going until almost 2 AM. After dinner at the Moxies's down the street around 8 PM we were walking back and there was a knife fight that broke out. Everyone said London was very safe, but I did not feel that way.

Room was starting to show some wear-especially the bathroom where the paint was chipping and baseboards were warped. Sofa bed mattress was quite thin and springy. The room was nice and big, location was great and the staff friendly and helpful

Definitely stay here!

The only thing I'd say is that I noticed a little wear and tear in our room (dent in the door, etc.). But I wouldn't let that dissuade you from staying here! The staff were extremely kind and helpful when we needed it and the suite room was perfect for me traveling with my 21 year old--we each could have our own space. Gym and hotel breakfast were also great and the underground parking option was super helpful.

My wife and I stayed at The Park Hotel in London, Ontario for one night. We’ve stayed here before and keep coming back for a reason — the hotel is consistently clean and the location is excellent. The included continental breakfast is a nice touch and adds value to the stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. The only downside is that parking isn’t included in the room price, which is a bit disappointing. Still, overall a very solid stay and we would return again.
