Staff were great & super-helpful! Room was good but the carpet could use a good steam cleaning (room 231). Mini fridge has a hard time keeping drinks cold (no adjustable setting on it). Wish the room had 2 suitcase stands, but used the ironing board for this. Maybe offer an full-size garbage bag for people staying more than 1 night.

We picked this for the shuttle service- they don’t have a shuttle service anymore for most of the day. So that would be helpful if they updated that info…. Room was fine. Staff was friendly. You pick this for the proximity to the airport.., so silly they don’t offer a shuttle. Didn’t use the pool

Great Family Stay

We stayed at this location with our two children for one night ahead of a family camping trip. Kids enjoyed a swim in the pool. Room was slightly outdated with some maintenance work needed in the bathroom (fan not working). Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and ran until 10am. The staff kept the food topped up and it was quite good. Kids really enjoyed the special Best Western waffles. Will stay again in future if we have a need to be in the area.
