Charming room located above the pub! Great location for taking the train into the heart of London. Staff was excellent! So friendly and helpful! Parking is very limited but, even with that, staff helped me find parking on the street the first night. Food was fabulous!

Very friendly service. JP gave great advice for travel to downtown. Great breakfast included. Dinner was really good. Air condition was good. Mini bar was good. Shower needed fixing so I took a bath which turned out to be better than a shower. Parking lot was full. Had to block or be blocked in the first night. No elevator but that was okay with us. They offered to help with luggage. Not a typical run of the mill hotel. Had character. Felt British.
