"Our room wasn't ready at check-in. It was a Sunday and they had just finished a busy weekend. We went to the small restaurant to eat some dinner while we were waiting. It took longer than usual and we went to check after about an hour to see if they were still in the process of getting our room. The manager was extremely apologetic and was working on getting the room cleaned and ready. He comped our dinner for the inconvenience, It wasn't something we asked for - but it was a nice gesture. Our room was ready after we finished with dinner."
