Property was clean and the staff was friendly. This is an excellent location in downtown Syracuse if you're looking for many restaurants, bars and entertainment within walking distance or a short drive. Would recommend for the location for sure.

Hotel stay

This is second time I have stayed here. I really enjoy the hotel and locatuon is perfect for why we are there. The morning staff with breakfast are so wonderful. This time my only complaint was that when we got back to the hotel, the parking spots had not been cleared of snow like Id been tild they wiuld be. I had to shovel out my own parking spot and the guy working at the hotel came out to smoke and watched me. Then he had the nerve to complain that his boss asked him to shovel out the spots. Being that this hotel is in Syracuse and I specifically asked about the lot (we pay extra to park there) I was not happy.
