My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room was great, the AC was amazing and the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious. Most importantly the staff were great. They made us feel welcomed and made sure to always be so helpful with us. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I travel back to Portugal.

Highly recommend for Lisbon vacations and would stay here again. Beautiful property in great location with kind staff and delicious breakfast featuring traditional Portuguese pastries and cheeses. Room was a lovely modernized space in a stunning vintage building. Pricing very reasonable. Quick drive from airport and close to many transit options and Commerce Square.

We booked a room at Memoria Lisboa FLH Hotels for two nights following a Norwegian cruise. Unfortunately, our flights home were cancelled due to an Air Canada airline strike. There was no room at Memoria, but staff found us a room at their nearby sister hotel FLH Hotels Urbano. The strike continued for over a week, and we were finally able to get flights home to Canada 9 days later. Staff at both Memoria and Urbano were great! They found us rooms in their hotels during the busy summer season. We had to change rooms and even hotels several times, but the staff moved our luggage every time. It made the swaps so much easier for us. Staff were all friendly, spoke excellent English, and were so very, very helpful. For us, the Urbano location was a bit better. It was located within easy walking distance of restaurants and the Plaza, along level streets (an important consideration for my wife on crutches). In both hotels, the rooms were nice, and included breakfast at no extra cost. At other times of the day, self serve cake and cookies were provided, along with coffee and tea. We highly recommend FLH Hotels, and will not hesitate to stay with them once again if the opportunity arises.

I booked FLH Urbano Hotel through Expedia because it was advertised as recently renovated. I even double-checked photos from both the hotel and past guests on other platforms to make sure it looked clean and updated. Unfortunately, what I walked into was far from what was promised. Upon arrival, I was hit with a strong musty odor in the room. Within minutes, I suffered an asthma attack due to mold exposure. I requested a room change, but every room I was shown had the same issue—visible mold, dampness, and poor air quality. I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel for my health and safety. The frustration didn’t end there. FLH Urbano Hotel refused to issue a refund and told me to go through Expedia. I did, but Expedia never received a response from the hotel, and I was left with no refund and no resolution. So now I’ve paid for two hotels, even though I couldn’t stay at the first one due to a legitimate medical concern. This was not just disappointing—it was infuriating. The lack of accountability and basic hygiene is unacceptable. If you value your health, your money, and your peace of mind, do not stay here.

Lovely friendly hotel

Lovely hotel. Friendly helpful staff , clean spacious room, comfy bed and pillows / good shower, tea in room ( needed milk) free coffee and sweet treats in the lounge. Fab breakfast included cant fault it quality ingredients . Great quiet location for exploring Lisbon. Would recommend and stay again.

Totally inflexible experience. I had booked a non-refundable room, and 10 days before check-in, I contacted the hotel to request a change of dates—not a refund. The new dates were available and the hotel declined the change. It felt as though they were trying to rebook the room: I had to follow up for check-in instructions they were supposed to send “shortly,” and after one night of no-show, they contacted me asking whether I’d be arriving for the second night. Very disappointing customer service with no consideration for a reasonable and timely request.
