Ground Floor Oceanfront Studio-Full Kitchen-Patio!

No.109 at D Sands Condominiums is called "Shell or High Water", and it couldn't be closer to the beach. While smaller than upper floor suites, this privately owned studio condo offers picture worthy ocean views through a wall of windows and a ground-level patio right next to an easy, private staircase entrance to the beach. This condo can comfortably sleep up to 4 people on a queen bed and full-size Murphy bed, and it features a walk in shower.

Shell or High Water also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.

The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex and an indoor pool. D Sands Condominiums also features its own easy and private beach access so that guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.

Centrally located in the middle of Lincoln City, D Sands Condominiums is an easy walk to Kyllo's, Lincoln City's favorite restaurant on the beach, a wine bar, Chinese food and so much more. A quick car ride can take you to the Chinook Winds Casino or the Lincoln City Outlets, not to mention all the other fun dining, shopping, and activity destinations in town.

If you walk 15-20 minutes on the beach to the north, you will find natural tidepools with all kinds of sea life. Or stay a little closer to home, and take in one of the most famous rivers in the world, the D River, the shortest river on the planet. The D River State Recreation Area is adjacent to the property, and provides even easier access to the beach in the form of a gradual slope. We're also conveniently close to a variety of other recreation areas and hiking trails for the avid nature lover.

Great location but tiny

We always stay in this area but first time in this hotel. It is really small for 4 people and very dated but since we don't stay in the room much it isn't usually an issue, unless it rains, like it did for us. Overall you can't beat the location and it's a nice place to rest between outings.

Good times for my fam!

The room was Great! Stepped out and just feet from the beach. My son found out his approved leave time from the Army last minute. Trying to find something last minute was not easy. So glad to have been able to book this for us to have family downtime!
