Valerie was very kind and communicative! The place is great, spacious, new furnishings, and a fab outdoor space. Our group loved the stay. Very convenient to a free ski shuttle as well! 1-2 min walk down the hill from the chalet, then 5 mins to the nearest gondola.

Rahmi was lovely. But in the 1st night, they forgot to unlock the annex for us which has the 3 extra beds. Us, a family of 5 ended up sharing 1 bed. And the bed has so many bed bugs that everyone of us is now suffering from bites. Really terrible experience
