I really appreciate the hospitality of the staff who were running the breakfast buffet. Ryan was especially helpful and friendly with my two sons (ages 6 and 7). Thank you for the warm welcome.

Check in was ridiculous long, agent tried many times but nothing seems to work with computer system that night, payment wouldn’t go through either and he end up trying manually . After so many trials , unplugging system on and off and waiting for more the 40 minutes with young kids the next issue was the digital room keys . They didn’t work so the front desk guy have to walk with us and open our room with his own keys . Keys were finally return to us after another 30 min. next day we try to get things right with management and in return the manager offer $20 dollars which I prefer her to keep it that was a joke to me . In conclusion Beautiful and clean place not the best costumer service experience.

Nice hotel. Like the 12pm checkout, gave my family and I a little extra time to sleep in a little, eat breakfast and not have to rush out. I would stay there again.

April no fools day

Bathroom floor and shower in suite was not cleaned, I was charged parking for 2 days but had no vehicle ( I was a passenger) breakfast bar was very good, Hotel is modern, great restaurants and shopping in area
