Parking was limited which surprised me as they gave 3 floors. Was lucky if you could get a spot by the front lobby. Otherwise, one would have to park what was considered the car wash parking lot or near the pool where there was another entrance by the pool. I was going to park near the entrance by the pool but encountered a man sitting on the ground smoking and didn’t feel comfortable entering the building there because I would have to walk by him with my stuff. No one else was out there either besides that man. I let the hotel front desk know and they offered to escort me, which was kind, but I don’t feel like I should have to require an escort to enter the hotel. Otherwise room was clean, heater and fridge worked fine. Pillows a little lumpy

Could use some updating. Carpet, headboards, plugs with usb. Large soap dispensers not in shower but impossible little bottles on sink. You can’t squeeze these bottles and like catsup you have to bang them on something to get soap out.
