We’ve booked two rooms at the W hotel for a night, as we have a cruise the following day. Upon arrival, we had to lug our heavy luggage up to the fourth floor to check in. The check-in area was chaotic due to an extremely loud karaoke night, making it difficult for us to communicate with the front desk. Once we got our key, we headed upstairs to our room and discovered that our door was open. We promptly notified the front desk about this issue. The shower was a major inconvenience because of the low water pressure. We reported this to the front desk, and they assured us that someone would be sent to fix the problem. In the meantime, my sister informed me that her shower was filthy with hair and dirty floors. We reported this to the front desk as well. I spoke to the manager of the night, Mr. Nicholas, to express my concerns. Despite the extremely loud karaoke, he was very understanding and empathetic. Based on our experiences, I strongly advise anyone who is tired and needs a good night’s rest to avoid staying at this hotel.

The staff is amazing. But this hotel needs more of them. Hotel is dated and feels in disrepair. I hate leaving a sub par review but I was pretty disappointed in the conditions of the hotel. It was not super clean either . The food was great.
