The room I stayed in had a connecting door to another room. This meant that I could hear everything going on next door, including the TV and people talking. This made my stay very uncomfortable. There was also a lot of noise coming from the hallway from people walking by.

Have traveled extensively and was asked to sign initial for five separate categories beyond normal sign in. Specifically around towels and other room furnishings that the desk clerk could not produce an inventory list for. So I was forced to sign a document guaranteeing that the room furnishings were there even though the hotel had no idea what’s in the room

We understand your concern. However, this is and has been a hotel industry standard for many, many years. We should've been elected to explain it better. Or at least walk up with you to the room and verified that the room has the furniture that you and we can agree to for your assurance. As an operator, I would like to understand how we can do better in the future. Thank you for your review.

The rate was good and it includ med breakfast. The staff were very nice and helpful. The bed made a sound like it was breaking when you sat on it and an alarm to what we think was the heater/air conditioning unit went off around 7 a.m. unfortunately it was shift change so an hour later we called again and someone finally came to fix it. When we checked in they gave us the wrong room and then the keys didn’t t work to second room, which was just as good because it was right next to the pool and across from a VERY loud exercise room. Third room was great had it not been for the bed and the irritatingly unceasing alarm.

Thank you for letting us know what you enjoyed and what we can improve on. Our apologies for the keys not working. As for the sound, it is the A/C unit which has a safety feature which set off the alarm. The weather in our area has been significantly colder than usual and the A/C units are "used' to the temperature in the 30's. We apologize for any inconvenience.

A LOT NOT FUNCTIONING

Pros: Not much beyond the staff
Cons: Outside sign lighting. New software for the TV hook ups. Rebooted multiple times a day. Twice need a technician. Really annoying..
Location: The nearest place to eat was old Casino down the road. Smoke filled. Plenty o OK restaurants 2 - 3 miles It was reasonably convenient to LV strip.
Badly lit approach. Easy to drive past the entrance at night. Carpets in the halls were badly stained. Staff was pleasant and accommodating - they had to be with DAILY TV problems. Constant jumping and running around in the room overhead from 10 PM to Midnight for 2 days.. Breakfast was barely OK.
