I was booked suite and chnaged that room as window shade was broken. Street light directly came to the bed. When I booked I didn't find any regular king bed room and booked suite for extra around 30-50 dollar. And endup stay in regular king bedroom and did not get any portion of refund. It was just ok. I would say it was clean and the bed was fine, but a little on the firm side. I rate by cleanliness and bed comfort. So 4 stars for cleanliness and 3 for the bed itself. It should be better since that’s what we are there for. Didn’t try the breakfast.

Staff was great, room was clean, location was convenient. Elevator was down for a day though which created a small burden, especially when having to carry luggage, but staff was willing to help.
