Nice hotel, but air in room did not work.
The hotel is very clean and we saw signs throughout the hotel saying they were getting ready to update. The bathroom was very nice and our room was clean. The only issue we had was with the room temperature. It was so hot throughout the night and the A/C did not work well at all.

First off we reserved here becasue they advertized hot tubs they did not have. They were removed during the renovations. We decided to eat in the dining room.The menus were copied on copy paper all crumbled tacky looking and that did not seem too clean. They were out of several options. We ordered the chaceurter plate but the server did not come to tell us they were out of bread or crackers. They did add extra cheese and meat but it wasn't that noticible. They did not include the mango chutney either because there were no crackers or bread. We opted for saltines. Probably would not have ordered this if we had know about the items they were out of. It was nice of the Chef or whomever to add the meat and cheese. The TV did not work in the room but we did not want a man coming into the room at night.There was no shampoo in the shower. The staff were all friendly, helpful and there was no problem with them. The room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel.

Paid for a River View received a view of 4 trees in front of my window. Seal on window must have been broken because the condensation was so bad everywhere in the room. Restaurant wasn't open when it was suppose to be and the poor Starbucks employee needed help as she was working by herself.

I would have rated higher, but our coffee machine had used pods from the previous guest, mini fridge hardly produced any chill and beverages and food were nuke warm, and there was no microwave. Staff was mostly great, minus the market worker. She was rude.
