The people at the front desk were very kind, polite and the breakfast good. We were happy to be assigned a handicapped room since it was on the first floor. Our bed and it's bedding was very comfortable. The free WIFI was appreciated and while the TVs were a little outdated, the cable choices were adequate. Unfortunately, I'm sorry to report that the maintenance and cleaning was lacking in the bathroom. This is because the bathroom has a water problem. First of all, the bracket designed to hold the shower head was broken and the water pressure terribly low, making showers long, and difficult to rinse off. The barrier free floor along with too short of a shower curtain allowed the water to leak out on to the tiled floor, making it very slippery and hazardous to stand on. Because of the shower's bad design and it's lack of proper cleaning, a pinkish colored mold has developed in the tile grout along the floor and corners outside the shower. Our towels, though plush and looking clean, smelled stale and dirty.

Property was having what looked like renovation, room smelled moldy, carpet looked old did not want to go bare foot on floor. Shower did want to work right took some finagling to get it to work, windows wet from outside on the inside, bed mattress were old and saggy!

The room was clean, however, outdated, needed some new paint, and the bathroom door squeaked and would not stay open. The TV was small and had no type of channel guide. The facility itself was dirty, not just due to the construction but due to the clientele, but there was minimal staff, and they would clean up asap if you said something.

They doing a lot of changes so it can be loud. But it looks great. Workers were amazing and soooo helpfull rooms were decent we got family rooms so they were far from perfect would stay again

This hotel is beautiful and the room was excellent. A nice hot breakfast. My only complaint is that they asked for a $100 deposit. We had stayed at 3 other hotels this trip and none asked for that.

It was quite. I slept really well. I felt really safe here. No one appeared to be "living" here if you know what I mean. The ONLY thing I didn't like was their cable. It didn't appear to be digital and the screen said 480p, but plenty of channels. I would stay again.

Check in was fine. Everything went downhill after that. Only one of two key cards would work even after taking them back to the desk. The room was in rough shape. The desk chair was totally broken and I requested a different one as I had to work. The pool was a disaster as it was overrun by rude unsupervised extremely loud children.There were so many things wrong that we checked out early and went to a different hotel. Oh, and both my niece and I developed UTIs from the unsanitary water. I will never stay here again.

Hotel is very outdated, appears to be in the midst of renovations but haven’t been completed or touched in some time. Elevator- dirty loose carpet. Hotel room- tv was little and sat too low on the dresser. The bed was worn. The AC was on and off and super noisey. The bathroom floor was sticky, the ceiling above shower was peeling/hanging.
