This one of the worse stays that I've had in a while. Service was fine, but there kids running through out the whole night. I had listened to a person knock the door next for over 10 minutes. No breakfast because of reconstruction. Walls paper thin. So now I have to listened to the kids yelling. I mean it was just horrible.

There were no pool towels. They ran out of of blankets and pillows. We only had two bath towels in a suite for five . counter was dirty. Carpet was absolutely filthy and my kids were coughing walking to our room because the marijuana smell was so horrible. Told the manager about this and she said sorry.

It would have been better had i know they are under construction. The fire alarm going off every hour was bothering especially when i heard the employees say that the fire department had to handle it butthey wasnt going to call them.

Busted and forgotten

It was not properly staffed or properly cared for. For example, front entrance was dark, the repairs were rigged and unsightly like an electric outlet sticking out of the wall and the shelf for the microwave sitting very crooked. Night time staff was nice, but guests coming in were calling and waiting to be greeted for a while.

Do to our grandson playing ball we are on traveling team. So we booked this one. They would not give us a discount for AARP membership. The rooms have a smell to it. And also the TV doesn’t work and there is no internet!! They pour so much chemicals into the pool it smells the whole hallway. Charge 100 dollars for incidental that’s supposed to be put back on your card in 5 to 7 days. Don’t recommend this one at all!!
